I have loved Jeff Bridges forever; bout time the Oscar scene caught up with him. Loved him in everything up to and especially Crazy Heart…he embodies the quintessential, semi-tragic, country singer..a little bit of Kristofferson, Haggard and Waylon, but ultimately the heart and soul of Jeff Bridges..Bravo!!!

This web site had me sucked in for about an hour, that’s right, an hour.

As for Jeff Bridges, he’s just great. Crazy Heart is one of the best films I saw all year. I wouldn’t have thought of The Dude as a country western star either, but Colin Farrell as a country western star too?! They are both equally awesome in the film and the soundtrack is killer, if you’re one who’s into the whole country scene of music.

Highly recommend Crazy Heart.

I just got back from a showing of “Invictus” and saw a preview for “Crazy Heart. I wouldn’t have thought of The Dude as a country western star, but Bridges has me sold.

Very cool website. What a truly talented man. I would love to work with him someday. Can you believe he was nominated for an Academy Award for “Starman”? I don’t remember that movie really well, but someone should definitely give him an Oscar soon. I also noticed that he plays a LOT of characters named Jack.
